Bark is operated by Blue Paw Labs, a sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) under Swiss law owned by Rohan Büchner. A sole proprietorship is not a separate legal person, so the owner is the contracting party behind Blue Paw Labs. The business is not entered in the Swiss commercial register, which Swiss law permits for a sole proprietorship below CHF 100,000 in annual turnover. There is accordingly no commercial register number or VAT identification number to state.
